This machine is a specialtire tyre recycling machine for crushing the whole waste
steel wire radial tyre under normal temperature. The tyre rubber chips are less
than 50x50mm.
Tire shredder is one of the main euipment of tire recycling line. It use to broken
whole waste tires, output size is 5-7cm tire pieces.
There are two model of tire shredder, zps-900 and zps-1200.
1. ZPS-900 can broken whole waste tire that the tire diameter under 900 mm,capacity is
1.5-2t/h.
2. ZPS-1200 can broken whoel waste tire that the tire diameter under 1200 mm capacity
is 34t/h. you can choose according to you need.
3. Tire shredder main structure, main including motor, reducer, broken room, cutter disk
groups, rotating screen, conveyor and so on.
4. The main advantage tire shredder has a compact structure, advanced technology,
low energy consumption, high efficiency, the grinding chamber is split test structure,
maintenance is particularly convenient features.

This machine is a special equipment for crushing waste steel wire radial tyre
under normal temperature, used for take out the steel wire of tyre in the scope
of the size.

blade, highly hard and wearable is druable; circle mesh screen has
